JOB DESCRIPTION – Sales Associate
? Responsible for generating revenue through given sales leads.
? Calling prospective leads that are generated by internal/external sources.
? Scheduling and conducting regular meetings with the Customers/Clients & participating in events
? Understanding the need of customers and catering their Requirements accordingly.
? Taking customers for project sites and getting site visit done and briefing on project USPs thoroughly.
? Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product launch.
? Report on sales activities to senior management
? Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
? Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
? Compiling and analysing sales figures
? Collecting customer feedback and market research
? Keeping up to date with products and competitors
Required Candidate Profile:
? Own vehicle/conveyance is a must.
? Candidate Must possess excellent Communication skills and Highly Presentable
? Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.
? Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
? Excellent listening skills.
? Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
? Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter.
