LTD. is one of the largest Importer, Exporter and Stockist of Die Blocks (DIN 1.2714, DB6, H13, H11), Tool Steels, Die Steels, Special Steels and Alloy Steels in various grades. The company maintains biggest Steel Yards and hold a high level of inventory of Special Steels from the world’s leading manufacturers such as DEW, Thyssen Krupp - Germany, Vitkovice - Czech Republic, Somers Forge – England ,Villares Metals - Brazil etc.



Roles & Responsibilities:

*) Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.

*) Handling customer queries, inquiries, and complaints.

*) Preparing and sending quotes and proposals ,PI, Sales Order and other sales reports.

*) Managing the whole sales operation process .

*) Maintaining CRM /ERP database.

*) Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

*) Able to communicate all aspect of sales operations to managers and other team members .

*) Solve and handle team queries and problems.
