Job Roles and responsibilities-
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
Handling customer queries, inquiries, and complaints.
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals ,PI, Sales Order and other sales reports.
Managing the whole sales operation process .
Maintaining CRM /ERP database.
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Able to communicate all aspect of sales operations to managers and other team members .
Solve and handle team queries and problems.
