Job Summary:
Wikiprospects Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. This position is crucial for driving the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Qualification:
Proactively identify and research potential leads through various channels (e.g., online resources, networking events, referrals)
Qualify leads to ensure they are a good fit for our solutions.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our target market and industry trends.
2. Relationship Building and Sales:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
Successfully negotiate and close deals, achieving agreed-upon sales targets.
3. CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM system (specify CRM platform).
Log all interactions with potential and existing clients.
Utilize CRM reporting tools to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
4. Meeting Preparation and Execution:
Conduct thorough research on target clients before sales meetings.
Prepare well-structured presentations that address the client's specific needs and challenges.
Effectively manage and lead sales meetings to achieve desired outcomes.
5. Client Requirements and Event Generation:
Understand client needs and translate them into concrete requirements for events.
Generate creative and engaging event proposals that align with the client's objectives.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2. Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in business development or sales.
3. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
