Process Associate for our International Voice Process.

We are hiring Experienced Candidates in TELECOM with experience in US/UK/AUZI Telecom.

Position: Process Associate

Domain: Outbound Voice Process - Sales Function.

Responsibilities:

*Generating potential Leads over the phone.

*Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.

*Analyzing to the customers' needs.

*Gathering and documenting customer information as per the IQA.

*Answering customers' questions on the products.

Qualification: Any Undergraduate/ Graduate.

Age must be in between 18+ to 40 years.

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILL IN ENGLISH IS MANDATORY

Must have valid Aadhar + PAN Card.

Willing to join within one day(s) of notice
