Role Purpose:
* Open to work in rotating shifts.
* Resolve customer queries on calls and e-mails, complaints, problems and transactions coherent with agreed service standards and Zimaxx Tech Solutions policies
* Co-ordinate with the relevant departments towards resolution of Customers case
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
* Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
* Register cases in the system within Activation SLA and co-ordinate with support providers to ensure service delivery within stipulated SLA ‘s towards Road Side Assistance
* Resolve customer queries on calls, complaints, problems and transactions coherent with agreed service standards.
* Coordinate service requests between customers, providers & internal operations team from first call to case closure
* Follow communication/update expectations with clients as agreed upon
* Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
* Comfortable using computers.
* Experience working with customer support.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient in basic Microsoft applications
